RETURN- EXCHANGE OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
1. In case you wish to return your order or part of it, you can do so within 14 calendar days for accessories and 7 calendar days for fur coats from the day you received your order, by filling in the special form that you will find in the parcel.

The following must be valid for the return / change to be accepted:
• The packaging must be intact without damage and tears
• The product is not damaged and has not been used
• The product is in perfect condition that allows it to be resold and all the labels on the product are there.

2. Pack the product in the packaging that was sent to you to avoid damage during transport. Include the Withdrawal Form, which has been sent to you with your order. Alternatively you can download it HERE . The products must be returned in their original condition and you must ensure that the products have not been altered, modified or used.

3. Before returning the products contact us by email at info@winterbottega.com.

4. The package will be sent to the warehouse of winterbottega’s E-shop.

Since the return does not concern defective products, you will be charged with shipping costs.
Return costs from Greece : 5€ (if you choose ELTA COURIER)

Return costs from European Union countries: return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For returns made outside the European Union we only accept returns by post. The return cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Alternatively you can proceed with the return process with any courier company of your choice at your own expense.

5. Products that have been specially ordered (additional details, addition of collar, change of length, change of sleeve design, etc…) are not returnable.

In case of cash on delivery you will be charged with an additional charge: 2€

After we have received and evaluated the products, the company will have to proceed with a refund or place a new order.


RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
To return / replace defective products, you must follow the same steps as in the case of Non-Defective Products Return.
In case of a defective product or non-conformity of the delivered products in accordance with the order, the return of the products is carried out exclusively with ELTA COURIER for Greece and the return costs are borne by WINTERBOTTEGA .

Money return
If the return process has been completed correctly and the return conditions are met, our company is obliged to return your money in the same way as the payment of your order, within 30 days from the return of the product to our warehouse.
The refund is as follows:
• On your debit / credit card, in case the payment of the order has been made through it.
– To the bank account that you have sent to us via emailστο[email protected], in case the payment of the order has been made by cash on delivery. We will send you a notification email when the refund is made. The time to see the money in your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact your bank for more details.

Order cancellation
You can cancel any order before shipment, the cancellation fee is 3.5% and for fur coats the cancellation fee is 5.5%.
